Lemon Ball Football is a new 8-on-8 outdoor football league launching its inaugural season in Spring 2027.

Built on a foundation of integrity, opportunity, family, and fun, Lemon Ball is designed for athletes who love the game, fans who crave fast-paced action, and communities ready for a league they can be proud of.

We’re bringing football back to its roots — pure competition, true sportsmanship, and joyful community spirit — all while showcasing some of the brightest hidden talent across the country.

Style of Play: 8v8 Outdoor Football
Field Size: Modified for high-scoring, action-packed games
Game Length: Two 20-minute halves (running clock, fast play)
Kickoffs/Punts: None — possession starts at the 20-yard line
Roster Size: 20 players maximum per team
Players paid weekly by the League

Tryout Season: August 2025
Draft: Following Tryout Completion
Regular Season: Spring 2026 (6–8 weeks)
Playoffs: Top 4 teams advance
Championship: The Lemon Bowl
